Charter of Intergrity

The client agrees:

  • Treat the Temporary Worker with respect at all times.
  • Ensure that Timesheets are filled out, authorised and given to a representative of Taskforce by 10.00 am Tuesday at the very latest.
  • Not to keep any new starter waiting on the first day for more than 15 minutes before inducting or starting on the job.
  • Honour all Timesheets authorised and the hours indicated and to pay invoices within payment terms.

Taskforce Recruitment agrees to:

  • Tell the client if we cannot fill bookings in good time (within one hour of enquiry being made).
  • Take full responsibility for problems on the contract and will visit the site within 2 hours of being informed of any problem.
  • To return any telephone call made to me by either party within 2 hours.
  • To ensure a service level score of at least 97% is achieved.
  • Pay the temporary worker £10 at the end of the contract if we feel that they achieved above average performance.

The temporary worker agrees to:

  • Not walk off the job even if they do not like it.
  • Tell Taskforce if they don’t like the job and will not be going back in within two hours of the end of the shift.
  • To work to the best of their ability everyday for the duration of the contract.
  • To inform their Line Manager of any obvious production improvements or hazards on site.
  • Tell both the client and Taskforce of any accidents I am involved in while on site.
  • Not to be absent for any reason without permission from Taskforce and the client unless sick. Sickness to be reported to Taskforce within 30 minutes of the shift start time.
