We are very proud of our Staffing Solutions Division, developed to provide specialist services from a dedicated office based on your own site.
Staffing Solutions draws on the wide range of expertise currently available throughout Taskforce, and can therefore supply staff in all four Divisions outlined on this website: Manufacturing, Distribution & Logistics, Food and Public Services.
Working in close partnership with you, Staffing Solutions has the flexibility to tailor-make a package of services designed to meet your unique needs.
Because they are based on-site, the Account Team can integrate themselves fully into your corporate philosophy and daily routines. We mirror your own processes, giving 100% focus, rapid response times and saving you time and money.
Clear and efficient lines of communication on a daily, weekly and monthly basis ensure that staffing needs are fully met and any problems are nipped in the bud before they affect productivity.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are agreed at the start of the contract, and measured via detailed statistics prepared and presented by the Account Team at the review meetings. These statistics can include Attrition analysis, Absence and Lateness figures, Departmental Staff Turnover analysis, New Starters and Leavers reports, Longevity reports, Departmental Billed Hours, and Diversity information.
We take full ownership of our temporary workforce via innovative services such as Temporary Worker Appraisals, on-site Interviews and Inductions, and Exit and Return to Work Interviews. We believe that the temporary workers’ welfare benefits from regular contact, and therefore have developed services such as the weekly Clip Run. The Account Manager drops off their payslips in person, giving us the opportunity to update the temporary worker with any news, and giving the temporary worker the opportunity to ask any questions or discuss any problems they may be having.
The Account Team can also extend these services to your own staff, following your own procedures and further freeing up your time for more core activities.
These services have been developed with clients such as Cummins (part of the Caterpillar Group), Foster Refrigerator, Derby City Council and Perkins Shibaura Engines Limited, and are therefore available from Day One of the contract.
