We understand the pressure put upon local authorities to provide a value service in the most cost-effective way possible. By relying on our extensive experience in this area, you will significantly reduce the very real dangers of incorrect provision of staff, misunderstood procedures and costly practical mistakes which could damage your public image.
Our branches open at 7.00 am each morning with a minimum of 8 registered temporary workers in the office immediately available for work (the ‘Breakfast Club’). We are therefore ideally placed to react to your urgent staffing needs, giving individual departments the required high levels of flexibility and continuity of service.
Your bookings will be taken by consultants who specialise in their field - for example, driving requirements will be taken by staff expert in the logistics industry. This ensures a high level of knowledge and understanding of your needs right from the start. Our consultants can also visit your sites to ‘Do the Job’ for the day, so that we will correctly fill your booking with confidence and without losing you time or money.
Taskforce consultants are also available out-of-hours via a 24/7 cascading mobile phone service. If the mobile is not answered within 15 rings, it automatically diverts to the Managing Director who will personally handle your query.
Alternatively, use our on-site service to further guarantee immediate response times and a full understanding of your requirements. A dedicated Account Team will stay in regular contact with all your team leaders whilst taking full ownership of the temporary workforce.
Detailed statistical analysis can be gathered and used to measure our performance against pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Taskforce’s Managing Director is a strong advocate of the Kaizen principle of ‘continuous improvement’, and he and his senior management team meet monthly to discuss policies, initiatives and projects specifically designed to keep Taskforce at the forefront of the recruitment industry.
